National Museum of Natural History of Ukraine in Kyiv


The Pirogovo Museum of Folk Architecture and Life is a unique open-air museum of traditional Ukrainian architecture and way of life. The buildings include peasants' houses, churches, mills, farm structures along with village utensils and household furnishing.




The Museum of Folk Architecture and Lebensunterhalt is a museum of traditional dwellings of the area and Ukraine and inside the houses were local craftsmen teaching visitors about their craft. Making traditional dolls and syrup was what the two houses were about, to mention just a few. Of course, the houses had traditional furniture inside and it looks like going back in time. 



Andrew's Descent (or Andreevsky Spusk) is a street-museum.
